Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking or using any services provided by Maier Farms. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• The deposit amount will be credited toward the final balance due for your event.

• Full payment must be received by the due date outlined in your contract.

• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage clients to obtain event insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

3. Event Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing.

• Rescheduling within 120 days of the event may incur an additional fee.

• Events rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, or government restrictions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring guests, vendors, and service providers follow venue rules.

• Any damage caused to the property during the event will be the responsibility of the client.

• The client must provide a list of all vendors and ensure they carry proper licenses and insurance.

5. Venue Use & Restrictions

• Rental includes access only to the spaces listed in your agreement.

• Smoking is prohibited inside all indoor spaces.

• Use of open flames, fireworks, or sparklers must be approved in advance.

• All events must conclude by [Venue End Time] unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Photography & Promotion

By hosting an event at Maier Farms, you grant us permission to use photos or videos from your event (taken by us or your vendors) for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss during your event. Clients are encouraged to carry personal event insurance.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor strikes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
